Am I dead? I slowly opened my eyes to find myself laying on a soft king sized bed covered by a warm blanket. Where am I, I thought. I certainly wasn't at the base. They didn't have beds like this. Staring around the room, I noticed that the walls were painted white and that there were two doors at the far left corner. Assuming the doors were both bathroom and closet doors, I turned my head at an even bigger door. That must be the way out. I took the covers off myself and got off the bed.
As soon as my feet touched the ground, I nearly collided to the floor from the pain that was coming from my stomach. I sat down painfully on the soft carpet and noticed that I wasn't wearing the same clothes, I was wearing before... I leaned against the bed and lifted my shirt up to see the wound that was still there. It was a dark purple and it looked like it was swollen. How am I going to get out of this place? Just then, I heard a creak at the door and I turned my head to find Xavier standing there. He walked towards me and closed the door behind him.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
"That's none of your concern. Now move so I can get out of here."
I got up off the ground and headed for the door, but the pain was to much to bare and I collided to the ground and groaned. Xavier immediately rushed over to my side and carried me to the bed.
"Let me go." I said weakly.
"Ashley, you've got to stay still." He told me and laid me down. He took off my shirt.
"What are you doing. Stop." I can't believe it. After all I went through, and now I was going to be raped my a vampire. He stared at my wound for a second and I saw his teeth extend.
"Help." I screamed at the top of my lungs.
Xavier took one hand off me and bit into it. He then shoved it towards me.
"Drink," Was all he said.
"Never," I spat and spit in his face.
"You little brat." He shoved his hand towards my mouth to try and get me to drink his blood. But instead of drinking it, I bit his hand as hard as I could. I was never going to be like him.
"Shit. you bit me." I could see rage in his eyes.
"Look you little bitch, we could either do this the easy way or the hard way."
"Go to hell," I spat.
"The hard way it is."
He grabbed the blanket and my shirt and threw them both off the bed. He also threw all the pillows off the bed too. Pretty soon, there was nothing on the bed other than me and him. Then his hands made their way to my pants and he started taking then off.
"Please don't." I begged.
He ignored my cries or help and threw my pants on the ground. I laid there only in my bra and panties.
"Have you changed you mind yet?" He asked me. "I wont hesitate to strip you naked. I'll stop everything and let you put your clothes back on if you take my blood."
"Why are you doing this. I just wanted to be a normal teenager, but you had to come in and kill my family. You took everything from me and now you want me to turn into a monster." I wept.
"I'm not not going to turn you." He explained." It's for your wound. Vampire blood can heal wounds. I promise."
He wasn't going to turn me. Then I have nothing to be afraid of, I guess. If he is telling the truth. But then, I guess I have no choice because if I don't take his blood, then he'll get the pleasure of seeing me naked. His teeth started to extend and he bit into his wrist and held it out to me. God I hope he's telling the truth.
"I would never lie to you Ashley."
I took his arm and placed my mouth on the spot where his teeth had left and started sucking. His blood tasted like nothing, I ever tasted before. It had and salty metallic taste to it. Once I tasted some, I couldn't stop.
"Ok. That's enough Ashley." He turned and looked me in the eye.
"You like my blood don't you. Vampire blood is very addicting."
He laid me back down and picked the blankets and pillows that were one the ground and gave them to me. He lifted my head up and put a pillow behind it and covered me with a blanket.
"Get some rest," he said before he left.
Once he was gone, I took the blanket off and stared at the place my wound used to be. It was gone. Xavier had heeled me. I laid back down and covered myself with the blanket and drifted off into a deep sleep.
