The Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security´s Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has seized more than 130 domains to stop counterfeit item sales.

Already a year ago, the U.S. government shut down numerous websites for the same reason.

So far there is no official statement by the U.S. government on the seizures.
