McCoist faces a defensive headache after skipper David Weir and Kyle Bartley both failed to travel.

But Lee McCulloch looks set to be involved after recovering from a knee injury.

McCoist said: "David Weir hasn't travelled but Lee McCulloch is back with us and looks as though he will be fit to be involved.

"Kyle Lafferty has travelled but, to be honest, I would be very surprised if he took part in the game. But we are very happy with the way he is progressing from his operation."

Most of the people who tell you how to use a figure twister will never mention this part. You should never use a figure twister on an empty stomach, nor should you be full. You need energy to have a good exercise session, so you should have some light carbohydrates 15 minutes before you start your exercise. Do not stuff yourself with food. With a full stomach, you may not be able to perform even a single twist. One more thing, wear the right gear for the exercise, your movements should not get restricted because of what you have worn.
